Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet dried onion soup mix
  • ½ cup ketchup (approximate)
  • Hoot’s Sweet Sauce or Hoot’s Sweet Heat Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven (or smoker) to 350°F.
